Il suo utilizzo è subordinato all’accettazione dei termini e delle condizioni, qui di seguito stabilite. Se non si intende accettare si è invitati a non utilizzare il Sito ed a non scaricare alcun materiale dallo stesso.

Quanto qui dichiarato ha validità per gli accessi Internet al Sito effettuati sia dall’Italia che dall’estero.

This information about personal data processing (hereinafter “Policy”)  is provided by AuditelS.r.l. (hereinafter “Auditel” or “Data Controller”) to the users(hereinafter “Users”) of theAuditelwebsitewww.auditel.it (hereinafter “Website”)and the Users of the sites and/or the apps of the editors that have adopted the Auditel Measurement System of digital devices, as detailed in paragraph 2 of this Policy, in the quality of data subjects (hereinafter “Subjects”). 

The Users take notice that their own personal data (“Data“) shall be processed in compliance with this Policy, the (EU) Regulation no. 679 dated April27, 2016(General Data Protection Regulation or “Regulation“), all the other applicable provisions of the European Union law as well as applicable provisions of the law on data protection of each Member State, as in turn modified or substituted (alltogether, “Applicable Privacy Regulations“).

Types of collected data.  Cookies

The Subjects’Data processed by Auditel shall be collected by ourWebsite cookies.  “Cookies” are small text files sent to the Users’ devices (e.g.a personal computer, a tablet) from our Website. If a User accesses our Website at a later time, their browser will read the cookies stored on their deviceand send Data to our Website.

Auditel’s Website uses different types of cookies and similar tags for different purposes.

Technical and session cookies

Our Website uses technical and session cookies, that means (a) strictly useful to the functioning of the website; (b) useful to memorize Users’ data during visits to the Website at a later time.  Technical cookies are essential for the correct functioning of the website and to provide the service offered and requested by a User, therefore the User’s explicit consent is not required.  In case a User disables the technical cookies, Auditel may not be able to provide them, totally or partly, the service and the functioning of the Website.

Analytical Cookies

Our Website uses analytical cookies, own or third-party, with the function of carrying out statistical surveys on aggregated data for our Website optimization. These cookies collect information about the use of our Website,like, for example, which pages have been visited. Moreover, analytical cookies allow Auditelto make improvements to our Website by checking, for example, if the Users can easily get the information searched or, also, identify the parts of the Website which are of most interest. Auditel uses these cookiesto make statistical analyses on the Users’ navigation, the numberof pages they have visited and the number of clicks on each page during navigation. The User can disable the analytical cookies by clicking on the links at the bottom of the page or, in case of analytical third-party cookies, by accessing the third parties’ privacy policies and consent forms.

Auditel’s System ofMeasurement of digital devices

The analytical tag called “SDK”, installed on the websites and/or apps of the editors which have adopted Auditel’s Measurement System of digital devices, collects information about the use of these websites and/or appswith the purpose of measuring, in an aggregated form, the video content watched.

The SDK collects information on the Users’ viewing behaviour(e.g.measures the watched content,viewing time,the type of device as well as the geographical area of reference) but does not detect their identities or demographical characteristics: when collecting data by means of the SDK, Auditel employs mechanisms which reduce the possibility to identify individuals (for example, with reference to the Users’ IP). For this reason, the User’s consent to data collection by means of the SDK is not required. Nevertheless, the User can object to the processing at any time as stated later on.

Le informazioni raccolte sono utilizzate da Auditel, nell’ambito della propria attività di rilevazione degli indici di ascolto, per elaborare analisi e statistiche sulla tipologia e numero di contenuti video fruiti e sui click effettuati su uno o più contenuti video durante la navigazione.

Within the scope of its audience measurement activity, Auditel uses the collected information to process analyses and statistics on the types and numbers of watched video contents and on the clickson one or morevideo contents during navigation.

During data collection and processing, Auditelmay collaborate with EU or non EUthird parties to carry out technical or organizational tasks (e.g. IT service and support to manage disabling options) and, where necessary, appoint them as Data Processors pursuant the Regulation. As for non EUthird parties, Auditel adopts through its suppliers all the measures required by the privacyregulations to protect the Users’ data at best, e.g.adherenceto the Privacy Shieldprinciples in case of data transfer to the USA.

App Opt-Out

For app Opt-Out via device settings, enablethe “Limit AD Tracking” setting (on iOS devices)or the “Opt-Out of Interest-Based Ads” setting (on Android devices). If an app has been installed on different mobile devices, each device settings shall be changed. In case you would like to contribute to the survey again, please disable the “Limit AD Tracking” setting (on iOS devices) or the “Opt-Out of Interest-Based Ads” setting (on Android devices).

Job Applications

Users can send their spontaneous job applications to the dedicated e-mail address in the Website section “Work with us”. Auditel will receive and use the information provided by the User exclusively to select and manage the applications, for example in case of pre-contractual measures required by the candidate as for Art. 6 of the Regulation. In anycase, Users are required not to provide sensitive data with their CVs (e.g. medical information, political opinions, sexuality) if not strictly required by the law to evaluate the CV (e.g. belonging to protected categories). Auditelwill not take unnecessary data into consideration.

User’s rights

Where expressly provided in the Applicable Privacy Regulations and where applicable, the User can exercise the rights set by the Regulation. In particular, the User has the right to:

• obtain confirmation as whether or not their personal data are beingprocessed and, in this case, request to the Data Controlleraccess to the information regarding the processing (e.g. purpose, treated data categories, beneficiary or categories of beneficiaries of the data, where the data is made available, storage period, etc.) as well as request a copy of their personal data;
• obtainthe rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• obtainthe erasure of data;
• obtainrestriction of processing;
• obtain their own personal data in a commonly used structured format readable on a device, and send them to another controller, or request direct transfer from a controller to another, if it is technically possible (“data portability”);
• withdraw the consentat any time without impairment to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent that was provided before the withdrawal.

Moreover, the User shall also have the right to object in whole or in part to the processing of the personal data regarding them, on legitimate ground related to their particular conditionsin the cases provided for in the Regulation.

Lastly, in case the User believes that the processing of their data is contrary to the law in force, they shall lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Privacy Policy update or modifications

Auditel reserves the right to update or change our Privacy Policy, partly or completely, also in force of future modifications to the Applicable Privacy Regulations.

It is understood thatthe updated version of the Policy can be found in the section “Privacy Policy” of this Website. The Users are kindly required to check for any modifications periodically.
