For this reason, the User\u2019s consent to data collection by means of the SDK is not required. In anycase, Users are required not to provide sensitive data with their CVs (e.g. medical information, political opinions, sexuality) if not strictly required by the law to evaluate the CV (e.g. belonging to protected categories). Auditelwill not take unnecessary data into consideration.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>User\u2019s rights<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Where expressly provided in the Applicable Privacy Regulations and where applicable, the User can exercise the rights set by the Regulation.
